Eclectic mix of artists has become the trademark of Chan Centre

Cuba's legendary Orquesta Buena Vista Social Club®, saxophonist Branford Marsalis and folkie Arlo Guthrie are among the performers scheduled to appear at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts' 2015-16 concert season. The legendary Cuban ensemble, responsible for triggering "a worldwide Latin-jazz revival" (Rolling Stone), gives one final performance in Vancouver of classics from their GRAMMY Award winning 1997 recording. The Adio´s Tour will see the iconic musicians, enshrined in the famous Wim Wenders documentary film, bid farewell to their fans around the globe. More info here.
